Dry Hire Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

1.1. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the hire date.
1.2. Payment confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Hire Inclusions

2.1. The hire fee covers the use of the studio space only.
2.2. Any setup or pack-down time must be included in the hire period.

3. Usage Guidelines

3.1. The studio must be used solely for the purpose agreed upon at the time of booking. Activities deemed unsafe, illegal, or disruptive are strictly prohibited.
3.2. The hirer is responsible for ensuring the space is left in the same condition it was found, including cleaning and removing all rubbish. A cleaning fee of $50 may apply if the space is not left in acceptable condition.
3.3. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum to respect surrounding residents.

4. Liability and Insurance

4.1. The hirer assumes full responsibility for any damage to the studio or its contents during the hire period.
4.2. The hirer must hold adequate public liability insurance to cover their activities within the space. A copy of the insurance certificate may be requested prior to the event.
4.3. The studio owner is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by the hirer or their participants during the hire period.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1. Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable.
5.2. Cancellations within 7 days of the hire date may forfeit the full hire fee.

6. Studio Access

6.1. Access to the studio will be provided for the agreed hire period only.
6.2. Keys must be returned immediately after the hire period. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

7. Additional Conditions

7.1. Any marketing materials, signage, or decorations used in the studio must be pre-approved and must not damage the space.
7.2. The hirer must comply with all health and safety regulations, including the maximum occupancy limits of the studio.
7.3. Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.

8. Termination

8.1. The studio owner reserves the right to terminate the hire agreement without refund if the hirer breaches any of the terms and conditions.
